Job responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Lead all aspects of factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics to meet or exceed objectives .
• Team Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff across all departments. Foster a collaborative and high performance-driven culture. By setting goals, tracking performance, and fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee Factory Production & Support Field Construction : Develop and manage the production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing labo u r, equipment, and materials.
• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Cost Management: Prepare, m onitor and control budgets, production costs, and efficiencies to meet financial targets. Managing the P&L ensuring departments meet or exceed budgetary commitments.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency. Implement strategies to improve cycle time and overall operational efficiency.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on production performance, safety metrics, and financial results. Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as production cycle times .
• Customer Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring long-term relationship success.
