Job requirements

Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in Program/Project Management within the aerospace, defense, or complex technology industries.
Proven track record of managing large-scale integration for multi-year missions or complex hardware/software systems.
Deep expertise in the "Tradecraft" of Program Management , specifically in Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Risk Management.
Experience in a "Customer-Facing" role within a for-profit service delivery model is highly preferred.
The "Integrator" Mindset: Ability to synthesize data from engineering, finance, and operations into a coherent narrative.
Conflict Resolution: Skilled at negotiating between "Capability Pull" (Services) and "Capability Push" (Platform Development).
Strategic Visibility: Ability to identify unfavorable variances in performance early enough to implement successful mitigation.
