• You have set up incoming inspection and supplier controls somewhere that had none
• You have personally run containment and root cause on electromechanical hardware and driven the fix to closure
• You have managed suppliers on quality, including suppliers overseas
• You can build a quality system in the order the business needs it, not the order the standard lists it
• You can tell purchasing, engineering, or production no and keep their trust
