Quality Supervisor
Job description
The Quality Supervisor will work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to maintain compliance with design specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate is shift-flexible, highly organized, and possesses strong technical inspection knowledge along with leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Saronic Technologies is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Supervisor to join our growing production team.
Job requirements
- 5+ years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in aerospace, defense, maritime, or advanced manufacturing environments.
- 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring technical staff.
- Strong understanding of quality control principles, inspection methodologies, and root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements, including DoD quality expectations .
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
