Recruiting Coordinator
Job description
This role is based full-time at our headquarters in Pittsburgh, PA, where you'll partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Business Partners, and interviewers.

Job responsibilities
- Serve as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview scheduling process, acting with a high sense of urgency and professionalism.
- Provide an exceptional and welcoming recruiting experience for candidates and interviewers.
- Collaborate with recruiters to proactively identify process improvements, and surface any trends or important data points.
- Utilize clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication with candidates and internal partners.
- Schedule and facilitate a high volume of phone, video, and onsite interviews, for multiple candidates and calendars to meet tight deadlines and all team SLAs.
- Build positive relationships with hiring managers and interviewers, acting as a partner to provide any information required for interviews or to adjust schedules as needed.
- Take on special projects as needed related to recruiting and recruiting operations, etc.
- Travel up to 25% domestically as needed to support recruiting initiatives, onsite interviews, hiring events, and other business needs.
Job requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Recruiting Coordination, Talent Acquisition Coordination, Recruiting Operations, or a similar role supporting high-volume hiring.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating high-volume phone, virtual, and onsite interviews across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing complex calendars involving recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers, executives, and candidates.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage interview scheduling, candidate records, and recruiting workflows.
- Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews using Zoom or a comparable virtual meeting platform.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to prioritize effectively, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and consistently meet deadlines while operating with a high sense of urgency.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts, exercise sound judgment, and proactively resolve issues.
