RISE Mechanical Engineer

The RISE Engineer, R otations at I ntuitive S cience and E ngineering, completes 4 x six-month assignments across various functions and business units to complete a 2-year program. The program provides accelerated learning and development experience along with acquisition of product knowledge, technical skills, and professional development. Some of the assignment rotations may include product design, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, supplier engineering, and process engineering. At the conclusion of the RISE program, participants will have the opportunity to interview for any available permanent positions within the organization for which they are qualified.
