Robot Service Technician (Monday-Friday AM and PM Shifts)

Job description

Shifts: We are currently hiring for full-time positions, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday , at our Georgia Tech campus location. We have both AM and PM shifts available:

Avride is a U.S.-based autonomous vehicle startup headquartered in Austin, TX, with additional R&D hubs around the world. Our company develops and operates both autonomous cars and delivery robots that share technologies and mutually benefit from each other’s advancements—a unique approach in the industry. Since 2017, Avride has been building expertise in autonomous technologies to create solutions that address current needs and anticipate future demands.

Job requirements

Experience using mechanical and electrical tools, including measuring equipment
Experience assembling and disassembling electrical and electromechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings and technical documentation
Experience installing and integrating custom electronic modules
Understanding of AC/DC electrical systems and safe working practices
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Comfortable working both in a workshop environment and in the field
Ability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more
