Robotics Solution Architect

Job responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their robotics workflows, technical needs, and deployment goals
• Design tailored solution architectures across data collection, simulation, synthetic data, and evaluation workflows
• Translate customer requirements into clear technical plans and implementation strategies
• Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, refine, and deliver customer-facing solutions
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey, from early discovery to solution rollout and iteration
• Help shape repeatable solution playbooks for key robotics and embodied AI use cases

Job requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, robotics systems, or AI infrastructure
• Hands-on understanding of robotics systems, embodied AI workflows, or simulation-based development
• Strong ability to break down complex customer needs and turn them into practical technical solutions
• Comfortable with Python, scripting, or simulation tools; this is not a heavy coding role, but technical fluency is important
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with both customer technical teams and internal engineering teams
• Advanced degree in robotics, computer science, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus
