Job responsibilities

  • Reliability & Manufacturing Test Program Ownership: Own the end-to-end reliability and manufacturing test program through NPI and into mass production.
  • HQ Reliability Lab & Environmental/Life Testing: Maintain and develop the existing Aescape HQ reliability lab, commissioning equipment and fixtures as needed and ensuring calibration and lab discipline.
  • Factory & Supplier Test Implementation: Define and deploy reliability and manufacturing tests and test scripts at our contract manufacturer and key suppliers, project managing test fixture development by the CM and…
  • Failure Analysis & Root Cause: Lead failure analysis on parts and assemblies from HQ, third-party lab, and supplier testing;
  • International Travel: ~10% international travel required (to CM and supplier sites).
