• Design, document, and continuously improve business processes that operate within the ERP, ensuring they are scalable, auditable, and aligned with internal controls
• Lead ERP implementation, upgrade, and module rollout projects — including planning, scoping, testing, cutover, hypercare, and post-go-live optimization
• Manage ERP integrations with adjacent systems (CRM, PLM, MES, HRIS, identity, data warehouse, and best-of-breed SaaS tools); coordinate with internal engineering and external implementation partners as needed
• Administer ERP security: roles, profiles, permission sets, segregation of duties, approval workflows, and periodic access reviews in support of audit and compliance

Job requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ERP configuration, administration, or implementation experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role
• Deep expertise with one or more major ERP platforms: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O, Business Central, or CE), Salesforce (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Revenue Cloud), SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, or Business One), or…

• Solid understanding of core finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement processes (quote-to-cash and procure-to-pay end-to-end flows);
