Job responsibilities

• Lead reviews and negotiations on a wide range of complex corporate agreements, including customer, partner, strategic alliance, and non-disclosure agreements.

Job requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school; active bar member in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6- 10+ years of legal practice, combining training at a top-tier law firm with significant and broad in-house corporate experience.
• Proven track record as a trusted legal partner navigating commercial contracting, in-depth knowledge of U.S. and international privacy frameworks, and relevant experience with litigation, dispute resolution and…
• Strong business acumen, ability to learn the business quickly, pragmatic risk-assessment capabilities, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to prioritize competing projects in a fast-paced environment.
