Senior HRIS Analyst

Job description

We're looking for a hands-on Senior HRIS Analyst to support the configuration, administration, and continuous improvement of our Workday platform and broader People tech stack. This role partners closely with all internal stakeholders to keep our People systems reliable, compliant, and easy to use - and serves as a go-to expert for day-to-day Workday configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting.

Job responsibilities

  • Be a key contributor to systems roadmapping, and champion automation and AI-driven solutions across our People tech stack to drive continued optimization
  • Partner closely with People Operations on data integrity and business processes builds
  • Support and maintain our People tech stack, with a primary focus on core Workday modules: HCM, Performance, Absence, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, and Time Tracking
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure Workday solutions that meet business needs
  • Configure and maintain Workday business processes, workflows, security, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement fixes and enhancements
  • Support HR system upgrades, patches, and new feature releases, including impact assessment and regression testing
  • Build and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for system changes, partnering with stakeholders on UAT

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of hands-on experience across the HR tech stack, including configuring Workday, day-to-day operations, troubleshooting, system enhancements, and integrations
  • Solid stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
