Job responsibilities

• Master Scheduling– would create and maintain the overall schedule of products and orders to be produced and shipped, including target ship dates in support of customer requirements and the financial objectives of the…
• Production Planning– create and maintain the manufacturing orders necessary to produce the components, subassemblies and final assemblies in support of the Master Schedule.
• Inventory Control – execute on pulling the parts for the manufacturing orders in support of the master schedule.
• MRP forecasting
• KPI development and management

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of related functional experience (i.e.- previous stockroom/inventory/shipping) or equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated computer skills and proficiency using office software and computerized inventory control system
• Consistently demonstrates strong problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) and attention to detail
• Demonstrates good understanding of DoT and international shipping and regulations
• Demonstrates familiarity with commercial electronics shipping practices and handling methods
• Experience with purchase order and inventory control data in a computerized MRP system
• Experience supporting FAA and DoT audits as well as administrative support experience
