Senior Product Designer, User Infrastructure

Job responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for single sign-on and authentication — setup, identity configuration, MFA, and the error and recovery states that determine whether a customer gets in or calls support.
• Enterprise-level user management flows: SSO configuration including group mapping and management of custom roles and access patterns.
• Shape how multi-location organizations are modeled in Weave — workspaces, org hierarchy, and account switching for customers running anywhere from two operatories to a hundred locations.
• Create platform patterns other Weave product teams can build on, and contribute them back to our Design System.
• Partner daily with your product manager and engineering manager to define the Users Infra roadmap, bringing the user's perspective into scoping and sequencing.
• Ground your work in evidence: talk with customers, explore Pendo and Sigma, and use what you learn to guide the team toward or away from a direction.
• Notice connections early. Infra touches every surface at Weave, so part of the role is seeing where your work overlaps another team's before either team ships.
• Help the work around you get better through critique, mentorship, and documentation engineers can build from without guessing.
