Senior Program Control Analyst - EVM

Job description

Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Control Analyst to support a major program. This position will work closely with the Program Control Manager, Program Manager, Control Account Managers, and scheduling team to provide hands-on EVM, financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable independently analyzing complex program data, identifying issues, and working with the program team to develop solutions. Position Responsibilities:

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related field.
  • Strong program control or program finance experience in government contracting, aerospace, or defense.
  • Hands-on experience with Earned Value Management and working knowledge of EIA-748 guidelines.
  • Experience with variance analysis, baseline control, forecasting, and EAC development.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with financial and program-management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced program environment.
