Job responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for engineering, operations, technical and corporate roles
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract specialized talent, including niche aerospace skill sets
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and long‑term talent plans
• Develop and manage candidate pipelines for high‑demand roles such as flight software engineers, avionics specialists, program managers, and systems engineers
• Conduct behavioral and technical screening to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with program requirements
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and industry‑specific hiring regulations, including OFCCP and export‑control requirements
• Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s presence in aerospace tech talent markets
• Use data and analytics to track recruiting performance, identify trends, and recommend process improvements and refinement of recruiting best practices

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 5-8 years of experience with at least 3 in aerospace tech, high-tech manufacturing, advanced engineering environments, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Track record of making things happen in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Proven success sourcing technical talent in competitive or cleared markets
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and AI sourcing tools; Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred
• Uses good judgement to problem-solve proactively, positively impacting hard challenges
• Demonstrated organization skills to meet tight deadlines with high quality results
• Ability to effectively recommend and implement modernized recruiting techniques and processes
