Job requirements

Experience in developing functional specifications, design verification plans and functional test procedures
7+ years of experience in hardware reliability engineering, hardware test and validation, product qualification, or failure analysis.
Experience developing and executing environmental, accelerated-life, or reliability-growth test plans for complex electromechanical hardware.
Experience using test instrumentation, data-acquisition systems, and analysis tools to characterize hardware performance and failure mechanisms.
Experience documenting test methods, results, failure analyses, and technical recommendations.
Experience in component selection and understanding of component reliability
