As a Staff Field Application Engineer (FAE), you will spearhead the delivery of our Enterprise Robotics Integration Program model for Boston Dynamics’ most high-value, strategic accounts. In this pivotal role, you merge deep technical expertise with a business-centric Go-To-Market strategy to design, integrate, and scale robotic solutions across global multi-site enterprises.   • Customer Enablement & Value Measurement: Deliver advanced training to build internal program ownership within customer teams and implement frameworks to measure the operational value and utilization of the robot fleet.
  • Product & Engineering Collaboration: Systematize customer feedback and field data to push critical insights into the internal development cycle, serving as a direct channel to influence the Boston Dynamics product…
  • Internal Leadership & Mentorship: Guide other FAEs and integration teams, identifying patterns in field data to drive long-term optimizations and continuous improvement of the global integration roadmap.

Job requirements

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Experience : 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3+ years with a Master’s degree, in fast-paced technology integration, robotics, or complex systems engineering environment.
  • Strategic Integration Expertise: Proven track record of overseeing high-complexity technical deployments and managing the intersection of hardware, software, and operational workflows.
  • Communication & Influence: Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to engineering teams, operators, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and impact.
