Job responsibilities

Conceptualize, develop, and execute user experiences across mixed reality and web
Visual development using sketches and digital comps
Deliver high and low fidelity prototypes
Collaborate with product teams and multidisciplinary design team
Conduct user testing with military and active-duty warfighters to validate designs
Design user flows and wireframes
Contribute to the development of Anduril’s mixed reality interface design identity
Participate and share work in design reviews with senior leadership and external partners

Job requirements

Minimum 5 years professional experience in UI/UX design, HCI
A portfolio demonstrating interface designs for software platforms, games, or relevant
Strong visual designer and communicator
Experience in AR/VR/XR interfaces
Experience designing heads-up displays (HUD) is a plus
Understanding of human factors and accessibility
Basic knowledge of front-end development
Expertise in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or equivalent
