VP of Engineering

This is a highly strategic and hands-on engineering leadership role. The VP of Engineering will partner closely with the CTO, Director of Product, and executive team to translate Dusty’s product and technology strategy into reliable execution across a multidisciplinary engineering organization spanning robotics, software, firmware, electrical, mechanical, cloud, AI, and related technologies.

The VP of Engineering will build on the foundation of planning cadence, roadmap visibility, ownership, and delivery process, maintaining and sharpening what works, retiring what no longer fits, developing strong engineering leaders.
