Field AI named one of LinkedIn's Top Startups for 2026

Field AI announced on October 14, 2026 that it has been named one of LinkedIn's Top Startups for 2026. The company shared the news on its LinkedIn page, crediting its team: "This recognition celebrates our team's dedication and everything we've accomplished together: thousands of missions across hundreds of sites on three continents, with more ahead."

LinkedIn Top Startups, now in its 10th year, is built on LinkedIn data. LinkedIn ranks companies on four signals: employee growth, engagement with the company's page and people, job seeker interest, and how many employees the startup has hired away from LinkedIn Top Companies. This year's measurement window ran from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026. Field AI is not among the 50 companies on the national U.S. list; LinkedIn also publishes regional lists, including one for the Los Angeles area released the same day.

Field AI, headquartered in Irvine, California, builds what it calls general robot intelligence for the physical world: software that lets robots work safely in unstructured places without prior maps, GPS, predefined routes or supporting infrastructure. Its approach is hardware-agnostic, so customers can pick the robot form factor for the job, and its robots work across construction, energy, security and manufacturing. The company was founded by veterans of NASA JPL, DARPA and Google DeepMind.
