In Product Management, you’ll shape the future of our technologies. You’re not just responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing ones, but also for ensuring their market success. Your mission is to create innovative solutions that excite our customers and set new standards. As a central interface, you’ll closely collaborate with all development departments—from software to robotics to AI—and maintain direct communication with our customers. You identify market needs, translate these into clear concepts, and oversee the entire process up to market launch. You’ll focus not only on the product but also on pricing, positioning, and profitability. Here, you’ll coordinate, provide key insights, and stand by your visions. Job Responsibilities:

Your mission & challenges 

Together, we are taking the step into a new era of cognitive robots:

  • Conducting and coordinating product certifications according to national and international standards
  • Creation and maintenance of technical documentation for product approvals
  • Collaboration with other departments as well as external testing and certification organizations
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and standards
  • Advising and training colleagues on certification requirements and regulatory topics
Job Requirements:

What we can look forward to 

  • Completed degree in engineering, natural sciences, or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in product certification or related areas preferred; open to candidates transitioning into this field (e.g., developers, product managers, testing engineers)
  • Strong knowledge of standards and regulations, including ISO 10218-1, ISO-TS 15066, IEC 60204-1, and CE marking under the Machine Directive
  • Experience in robotics, artificial intelligence, and/or functional safety is a plus
  • Excellent German and English skills to communicate with our multinational colleagues
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS Outlook/Teams. Knowledge of Confluence and/or Jira is a plus
