The G1 is one of the few humanoids you can order today: 132 cm tall, about 35 kg with its battery, and 23 degrees of freedom in the base build. EDU versions scale up to 43 joints and add dexterous hands for labs writing their own policies.
Depth camera and 3D LiDAR, an 8-core CPU, and about two hours per battery make it a research and teaching machine, not a warehouse worker. It shines in teleop, imitation learning, and campus demos.
