Beijing ROBOTERA Technology Co., Ltd., was established in August 2023, was incubated by the Tsinghua University Institute for Interdisciplinary Information Research. The founder, Chen Jianyu, is a doctoral supervisor and assistant professor at Tsinghua University, working in the team of Academician Yao Qiyi. ROBOTERA is also the only humanoid robot company in which Tsinghua University holds shares.
