Job responsibilities

• Coordinate test execution across the project and technology teams . Receive and vet incoming test requests to ensure they are complete and constructible.

Job requirements

• Experience : Three or more years of coordination, planning, logistics, or technical-operations experience in a manufacturing, construction, fabrication, testing, or field-operations environment.
• Blueprint Literacy : Demonstrated experience in reading and following construction or product drawings and specifications (rebar diagrams, machine assemblies, etc).
• Coordination. Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple concurrent activities and stakeholders while keeping detailed, accurate records.
• Manual Fabrication : Comfort working with tools (drills, saws, hammers, etc.) to execute non-print activities, providing the necessary leadership and construction-task experience on the slab.
• Digital Fluency : Proficiency with ticketing and documentation software (for example, Jira, Confluence, or Procore), standard productivity tool, and comfort working with custom ICON software.
• Communication : Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear documentation, schedules, and status reporting.
• Hands-on comfort : Comfort working on an active test or production floor and coordinating hands-on activities involving materials, specimens, lifting, and shipping.
• Education : High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's degree or relevant technical training is welcomed. ICON favors demonstrated capability over credential accumulation.
