The Business Partner Unit (BPU) is the key hub for collaboration with our partners and system integrators. By working closely together, we efficiently distribute our innovative products globally, explore new applications, and support the success of our partners. One of the tasks in this area is identifying and selecting suitable distribution partners like Omron or Kawasaki, who share our vision and quality standards. We highly value building long-term, trustworthy relationships. This foundation is supported by providing technical expertise and assistance in implementing our solutions into customer-specific projects. The BPU ensures that our partners have access to the best solutions, perfectly tailored to meet their customers’ needs.

Immerse yourself in our Growth Team and actively shape the development and expansion of successful, long-term business relationships with our partners. We are looking for a dynamic personality who not only wants to surpass their own successes, but also wants to grow together with us and our partners.

  • You implement our sales strategy in an innovative way
  • Continuously expand the NEURAVERSE by developing new partnerships with system integrators, distributors, OEMs, key accounts, influencers and supporters in and outside the automation industry
  • Proactively support and develop existing partners in our network
  • Qualify and follow up on leads for sustainable sales success
  • Are the personal point of contact for customers throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Represent NEURA at internal and external exhibitions and events
  • Are responsible for ambitious revenue planning and development in your region
  • Provide crucial input for strategic marketing via permanent market and customer observation
Job Requirements:

What we can look forward to 

  • Several years of experience in sales in the robotic industry
  • Strong communication skills for a solution-oriented dialog with all contacts and excellent negotiating capabilities – You only make offers that cannot be refused
  • Technical affinity, enthusiasm for technology and ideally market knowledge in the fields of robotics, AI and automation – You are not a follower, but a first mover
  • Willingness to maintain regular and intensive customer contact on site – You like to be “on the road again”
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills – Nobody can reach you the water
  • Motivation to move in innovative ways – “We’ve always done it this way” is an incentive for you to do it better
