Job requirements
- Build and manage a structured internship and co-op program that gives students meaningful, high-impact work.
- Partner with managers to define projects, mentorship, expectations, and success measures before interns join.
- Create programming that exposes early talent to Path’s technology, leadership, and broader business.
- Own the intern and co-op conversion strategy, identifying high performers early and creating pathways into full-time opportunities.
- Continuously gather feedback from interns and managers to improve the program.
