Job responsibilities
- Partner with Operations leaders to make data-driven people decisions that improve team performance and organizational effectiveness
- Lead performance and talent reviews and partner with leaders to identify top talent, address performance gaps, and drive employee development
- Partner with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent needs across Operations functions
- Coach managers and supervisors to build strong teams, set clear expectations, support employee growth, drive accountability, and navigate difficult people decisions
- Partner with People Operations and Talent Acquisition to identify opportunities for improvement in People programs and ensure they work effectively for Operations and non-exempt employees
- Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations and performance concerns, with fairness, consistency, and sound judgment
- Provide expertise on non-exempt workforce practices, including wage and hour compliance, attendance, scheduling, leave administration, and employee classification
- 6-10+ years of HR experience, including HRBP roles supporting operations or manufacturing teams
