We are looking for a Senior HR Generalist, Onboarding and L&D to lead our onboarding and employee development programs as we scale.

Job responsibilities

Own and scale the onboarding experience, helping new hires integrate quickly and become effective
Partner with leaders to build department-specific onboarding programs that accelerate employee development and performance
Build and lead learning and development programs that strengthen employee capabilities and manager effectiveness
Identify organizational skill gaps and develop impactful training and development opportunities
Create scalable tools, resources, and programs that support employee growth and key People initiatives
Measure program effectiveness and continuously improve the employee experience as we scale
4-7+ years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, HR, or a related field
Experience building and scaling onboarding or employee development programs
