Job description

Job requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering — required, not substitutable with a general business or supply chain degree.
- 5+ years of procurement or supply-chain experience, with at least 3+ years focused specifically on cable harnesses, wire assemblies, or interconnect components.
- Strong technical understanding of harness manufacturing processes (crimping, molding, testing) and the ability to read wiring diagrams, connector specs, and DFM requirements independently.
