In Product Management, you’ll shape the future of our technologies. You’re not just responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing ones, but also for ensuring their market success. Your mission is to create innovative solutions that excite our customers and set new standards. As a central interface, you’ll closely collaborate with all development departments—from software to robotics to AI—and maintain direct communication with our customers. You identify market needs, translate these into clear concepts, and oversee the entire process up to market launch. You’ll focus not only on the product but also on pricing, positioning, and profitability. Here, you’ll coordinate, provide key insights, and stand by your visions. Job Responsibilities:

Your mission & challenges 

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will energetically support us in the development, organization, and implementation of our operational processes.

  • You will assist in the management and optimization of workflows by actively contributing to the planning, organization, and execution of operational processes
  • You will participate in the planning and execution of various projects to strengthen our team in operational matters
  • You will research and prepare information and data to comprehensively support the operational area
  • You will help create meaningful reports, including job descriptions, to promote transparency and understanding
Job Requirements:

  • Analytical and conceptual skills that contribute to successfully tackling complex challenges
  • Independent and structured work approach to enable efficient planning and implementation
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, to optimally support our operational processes
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, to ensure smooth communication within the team and beyond
