Your mission is to create innovative solutions that excite our customers and set new standards. As a central interface, you’ll closely collaborate with all development departments—from software to robotics to AI—and maintain direct communication with our customers. You identify market needs, translate these into clear concepts, and oversee the entire process up to market launch. You’ll focus not only on the product but also on pricing, positioning, and profitability. Here, you’ll coordinate, provide key insights, and stand by your visions. Our dedicated team of product managers is committed to understanding the needs of our customers and developing transformative products that enhance efficiency and unlock new possibilities across various industries. We rely on creative ideas, agile processes, and close collaboration to achieve excellence and drive the future of robotics forward.

  • You analyse the market, competition and customer needs to identify opportunities and challenges and define the product vision, goals and strategy
  • Responsible for the product development cycle from conception to market launch, including adherence to schedules and budgets
  • Defining milestones and priorities for product development with the technical product team and creating product roadmaps
  • Working with cross-functional teams such as technical product development, marketing and sales
  • Monitoring and analysing product performance based on KPIs and identifying opportunities for improvement or adapting the strategy
  • Managing the product budget and ensuring resources are utilised effectively
  • Plan and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the marketing team to increase the visibility of the product
  • Continuously improve the product based on customer feedback and market requirements

  • Expertise gained in a comparable position with a deep understanding of the product, market and opportunities
  • Extensive knowledge of product development in the field of robotics, software or mechatronics
  • In-depth understanding of the interface between business and technology – especially in the field of robotics
  • Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with different teams, stakeholders and customers, German is a plus
  • A deep understanding of customers’ needs and wishes
  • Openness to innovation and creative solutions
  • High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel in Germany, Europe and worldwide
