Job responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities, coordinating operator assignments, workflows, and priorities to meet production goals.
- Operate automated robotic welding cells and provide hands-on support to maintain production efficiency.
- Support the operation of additional production equipment and stations, including CNC machines, Q-Eye inspection systems, and other manufacturing processes as needed.
- Monitor production output, equipment performance, and quality metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Train and mentor production operators on equipment operation, safety procedures, quality standards, and best practices.
- Ensure proper setup, loading, and unloading of parts, fixtures, and tooling.
- Perform and oversee routine equipment inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Conduct quality inspections and support weld sample preparation, including cutting, grinding, sanding, and etching.
