We are looking for a highly motivated Warehouse and Logistics Associate to assist the company in management of outbound shipments and internal movements of material.
Job responsibilities
- Material Movement: Perform receiving, stocking, shipping, and issuing to the production floor for all materials.
- Packaging: Support packing, palletizing, weighing, recycling, and labeling.
- Logistics: Perform the creation of truck loading plans, parts loading, unloading, parcel delivery, driver location follow-ups, and other related activities.
- Documentation: Update ERP systems and external documentation related to warehouse and logistics. This includes doing order receipts, invoicing, open delivery reports, bill of lading, international shipping customs…
- Inventory Accuracy: Support cycle counts, quantity gap reconciliation, warehouse housekeeping tasks, and documentation needed to maintain accurate inventory and timely ERP updates.
- Incoming Inspection: Verify quantity, part numbers, description, arrival dates, and documents of incoming materials.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- You have shipping and warehouse experience (5+ years)
