• Build, train and lead Figure’s founding production team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of production goals and targets.
• Take ownership of day-to-day operations and accountability for production metrics. Be the point of contact for escalating issues, providing regular updates on production performance and identifying risks.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training documentation for new hires. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Promote a culture of safety, including proper use of personal protective equipment and procedures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
• Identify and implement management systems to facilitate day to day operations such as attendance tracking

• 10+ years experience leading a production team in a high volume manufacturing environment
• Strong hands on experience with lean manufacturing principles
• Expert knowledge in use of manufacturing metrics, such as Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), to identify bottlenecks and continuous improvement opportunities
• Excellent communication skills especially using data
• Able to work well under pressure while managing competing, time-sensitive demands

• Experience with high tech manufacturing tools and automation
• Familiarity using Manufacturing Execution Systems to facilitate build and ensure quality

The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $130,000 – $200,000 annually.

The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
