Job description
As the Senior S oftware Developer in Test at Mujin , you will play a pivotal role in providing Test Engineering t hought leadership and QA infrastructure and tooling expertise to focused R &D team s developing innovative software solutions. SDET’s enable the product development organization to produc e Mujin systems and software that are fit-for-purpose . The role collaborates with other colleagues and stakeholders to successfully launch Mujin products, while also providing remote and onsite support .
Your mission is advancing the state-of-the-art for quality engineering a t Mujin . You will develop cutting-edge quality systems and implement test automation frameworks .
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience .
- 5 + years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry.
- Advanced programming skills in C++ and Python, along with being a Linux power user with experienced in Linux software development.
- Deep knowledge in the networking stack , protocols, routing, async I/O, multi-threading, inter-process communication, and debugging distributed systems across service boundaries.
- Experience designing QE strategies and implementing QA test plans for complex technology involving electromechanical devices and software ecosystems .
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and build systems for large-scale, multi-module software projects.
- Master’s or PhD in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience .
- 10 + years of professional experience in software-driven product development for industrial automation, robotics, or similar industry .
