AMP is applying AI-powered sortation at scale to modernize the world's recycling infrastructure and maximize the value in waste.

AMP is looking for a VP of Engineering to lead the technology function of the company.

Job requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience in hardware-centric product organizations, including 4+ years at the Senior Director, VP, or equivalent executive level.
Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations of 30+ engineers and technical leaders across hardware, software, systems, and operations.
Proven track record of delivering products and technology programs that create measurable business value.
Experience leading multiple product launches in fast-paced, agile environments.
Hands-on leadership across the full product lifecycle, including architecture, development, program management, quality, deployment, and operations.
Demonstrated success building high-performing teams, scalable engineering processes, and a culture of accountability and execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with high emotional intelligence and the ability to influence across all levels of an organization.
