At CES 2025, Keon, in collaboration with Accenture and Nvidia, introduced a solution designed for the warehouse and distribution market. By leveraging Nvidia’s Omniverse framework, Keon is creating advanced digital twins of physical warehouses to optimize operational efficiency.
Managing logistics in high-performance warehouses has always been a complex task, influenced by fluctuating demands, workforce availability, and the integration of various robotic systems. With the deployment of digital twins, Keon can simulate entire fleets of robots within a virtual environment, allowing for comprehensive testing and scenario planning without the immediate risks associated with physical implementation.
The innovative warehouse management solution assigns tasks to these digital robots, helping them interact with a detailed 3D representation of their working environment. Utilizing open USD connectors, the system aggregates data from CAD models, video feeds, and AI-generated insights, enabling robots to perceive and reason about their surroundings effectively.
This continuous feedback loop allows for real-time monitoring of performance metrics such as throughput efficiency and utilization, ensuring that any adjustments can be tested before deployment in the physical warehouse.
