IRON is the humanoid from Chinese EV maker XPENG. It has 76 body degrees of freedom plus 21 in each hand, a fully enclosed flexible lattice structure under the skin, and three Turing AI chips delivering up to 2,250 TOPS.
XPENG says its production lines are commissioned for mass production by the end of 2026. The first robots go to XPENG stores and campuses, with customer deliveries from 2027. Height, weight, and price are not published.
