IRON is the humanoid from Chinese EV maker XPENG. The body has 76 degrees of freedom, each hand adds 21 more, and a fully enclosed flexible lattice structure sits under the skin. Three of XPENG’s own Turing AI chips supply up to 2,250 TOPS.
XPENG says its humanoid production lines are commissioned, with mass production by the end of 2026. The first robots go to XPENG stores and campuses, and deliveries to customers in China and overseas start in 2027. XPENG has not published height, weight, or price.
