Sales Development Representative
Job description
Our Sales Development Representatives are the first impression of Weave — the team that connects with small businesses and helps them discover the power of our all-in-one communication platform. As an SDR, you’ll build curiosity, spark interest, and set demos that start meaningful relationships with future customers.
Job responsibilities
- Make outbound calls with specific targets for number of daily calls and demos set per month.
- Build interest in the Weave platform and qualify prospects for demos.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly activity targets.
- Keep accurate records of leads and progress in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with teammates to share tactics and celebrate success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drive to start a career in SaaS sales.
- Coachability and a positive, growth-oriented attitude.
