Job responsibilities
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Build and manage a high-value enterprise pipeline.
- Lead complex six-figure SaaS sales from prospecting through negotiation and close.
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
- Develop account strategies and identify expansion opportunities.
- Sell on business value, ROI and measurable operational outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Build relationships with technology partners and system integrators.
Job requirements
- 6+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, ideally in SaaS, data, AI or technology.
- Proven experience leading a successful sales team
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Experience closing complex, six-figure enterprise deals.
- Strong C-suite selling and commercial negotiation experience.
- Consultative, value-led sales approach.
- Experience with logistics, retail, supply chain or technology partners is a strong advantage.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong pipeline discipline and commercial judgement.
