Senior Financial Systems Analyst

Job description

Summary The Senior Financial Systems Analyst provides hands-on functional support for existing production finance systems and supports implementation activities for Oracle Fusion ERP and other finance applications, serving as a key functional resource for business process execution, system testing, training delivery, and user support. This role combines strong Oracle Fusion functional knowledge with process documentation, testing coordination, and training capabilities, supporting the Finance Systems team while helping drive operational excellence and end-user success. Position Responsibilities:

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or business process analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Management (or Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, SAP, NetSuite, or comparable ERP)
  • Experience coordinating UAT, developing test scripts, and managing defect resolution for ERP implementations
  • Experience designing and delivering end-user training for finance systems or business applications
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting processes including Procure to Pay, Quote to Cash, Record to Report, and Project to Close
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion functional configuration (setup tables, value sets, approval rules, reporting trees)
  • Proficiency with Oracle Fusion reporting tools (OTBI, BIP, Smart View, FBDI) for data extraction and analysis
