Job description

Summary Subcontracts Administrator III supports the senior subcontracts team in the management of various procurement and subcontracting activities for government and commercial programs. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure contractual and regulatory compliance.

  • Knowledge of FAR/DFARS subcontracts principles.
  • Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
  • Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
  • Experience in Manufacturing operations
  • Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company
  • Demonstrates excellent internal customer support in communications and turnaround time
  • Ability to sit, stand, stoop, reach, lift (up to 10 lbs.), bend, etc. Hand and wrist dexterity to utilize the computer.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
