Job description

The Technical Infrastructure Program Manager II (TIPM II) within Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) manages cross-functional infrastructure programs across Amazon Fulfillment and Logistics operations worldwide. This role operates primarily tactically while growing strategically — owning end-to-end program execution and adapting deployment plans to varying site and regional scenarios within a defined program strategy.

The TIPM II drives collaboration across engineering, operations, vendors, finance, and field teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure.

Job requirements

3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing complex programs
Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience
Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, related to infrastructure (i.e. network, data center, hardware, software)
Experience owning end-to-end program delivery and communicating results to management
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or experience in project management
Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
