Job responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Business Development on account strategy and deal execution, from first opportunity to signed agreement
  • Build and maintain relationships across every level of the customer: ICs, engineering managers, program leads, purchasing and executives
  • Gather input from all of those stakeholders and turn it into clear deal strategy, including who matters, what they need, where the risks are and how to win
  • Spot and develop expansion opportunities across our product portfolio
  • Coordinate internal teams to deliver on customer commitments and fix issues quickly
  • Prepare and support executive engagements, and keep forecasts accurate

Job requirements

  • 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience. We welcome more experienced candidates and will level them accordingly.
  • An outstanding ability to coordinate across many layers of a large organization at once, and to know which conversation matters at which moment
  • Strong judgment in turning scattered, sometimes conflicting stakeholder input into a clear view that drives a deal forward
  • A track record of selling complex technical products in enterprise environments, ideally automotive, robotics or deep tech
  • Experience working closely with senior sellers or executives on large, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Clear, confident communication with engineers and executives alike
  • Consistent attainment against targets
  • A bachelor’s degree
